Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of defence topics
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current events in defence
  • Strong writing abilities
  • Ability to conduct thorough research
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles 

Role 2: Video Editor
Type: Part-time/Full-Time
Are you great at telling stories through videos? Do you pay attention to small details and can create visually impressive presentations? We’re searching for talented Video Editors like you to join us. In this role, you’ll not only edit videos but also make sure they look amazing and grab people’s attention. Let’s work together to make Defence topics come alive in videos that people will remember!

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in video editing software.
  • Understanding of basic editing techniques such as cutting and transitions
  • Ability to work with different video formats and resolutions
  • Creativity to produce visually appealing videos.
  • Strong storytelling skills to engage viewers.
  • Knowledge of audio editing and color correction.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with motion graphics & animation for added creativity in presentations. 

Role 3: Voice Over Artist
Type: Part-time/Full-Time
Do you have a captivating voice and a passion for storytelling? If so, we’re looking for talented individuals like you to join us as Voice Over Artists. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you have a knack for bringing scripts to life with your voice, we want to hear from you. Join us in creating engaging content for Defence Aspirants and enthusiasts alike.

Requirements (Hindi/English):

  • Able to speak clearly and understandably.
  • Grasp the tone and message of the script to deliver it effectively.
  • Add your own style and personality to make the script engaging.
  • Open to adjusting scripts as needed to better connect with the audience.
  • Comfortable with recording equipment and software.
  • Meet deadlines and communicate effectively with the team.

Role 4: Graphic Designer
Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Are you skilled at creating visually appealing designs? Do you enjoy bringing ideas to life through graphics, whether it’s for T-shirts, merchandise, or thumbnails? If so, we’re looking for talented individuals like you to join us as Graphic Designers. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you have a passion for design and want to contribute to engaging content for Defence Aspirants and enthusiasts, we’d love to have you on board.

Requirements:

  • Ability to generate unique and visually appealing design concepts.
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in designs.
  • Ability to understand project requirements and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Willingness to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.

HOW TO APPLY

  • If you’re applying for the Author position, write a sample blog on any Defence-related topic.
  • If you’re applying for the Video Editor role, share a short 30-second to 1-minute sample of your best video editing work.
  • If you’re applying for the Voice Over Artist position, record and share a 30-second sample voice-over of any article from our website.
  • If you’re applying for the Graphic Designer position, share any Merch Design or Thumbnail related to Defence.
