In the next articles, design architecture , sensor and avionics should be discussed.
India is targeting 5th generation now. By the time India develops 5th China will do 6th or 7th. There is no guarantee the 5th will stay on time , as Modi is likely to lose due to Covid handling and the way media has projected,
AMCA won’t be solely 5th generation fighter. It will have certain 6th generation technologies to match with the time. Also the current fighter aircraft programs are on time. There are very less chances of delays like Tejas.
In next article plz tell about the aerodynamics , avionics , possible specifications . Also tell about the unique technologies related and use of direct energy weapons.
Will Amca carry nuclear weapons
Yes it will. Brahmos-NG will be nuclear capable just like current Brahmos. Even current IAF aircraft like Su-30 MKI and Rafale can carry Nukes.
Sir, do you think the TEDBF will be upgraded to fifth-generation fighter?
Excellent content also..
As discussed in TEDBF article, it will already have several 5th generation features. Such upgrade will need structural changes. Thus it is highly unlikely. If Navy wants some more fifth generation features, they can be added at this stage itself. Also there is almost a decade for the aircraft itself to get inducted, so talking about any major upgrade is too early.
Thanks for the appreciation.
